Prepare for a jolt of energy – straight to the heart. With a direct performance style, a talent for atmosphere, and a streak of sly humour, my storytelling entertains, enthrals and inspires.
I tell folk tales, wonder tales and supernatural tales from Europe and around the world, unearthing unfamiliar stories as well as giving classics an inventive twist. I also create and perform fresh, lively versions of Buddhist myths and legends, bringing spiritual heroes and sacred stories to dramatic life.
An emerging voice on the storytelling scene, I’ve appeared at Festival at the Edge, the East Anglian Storytelling Festival, the Waterloo Festival, Elephant Tales, Storytelling Sunday at the Love Shack, and elsewhere in the UK. I’ve performed full-length solo shows for sold-out audiences at Southampton Buddhist Centre and Ventnor Fringe. I also perform as a member of TisTales and with the Island Storytellers group, both based on the Isle of Wight.
The Shows
 Tarot TalesDelve deep into the wisdom and wonder of Tarot with this wildly imaginative live storytelling show. For hundreds of years, Tarot cards have fascinated and beguiled. They’ve told fortunes, uncovered secrets, and held up a dark mirror to the mysteries of life. Combining the Tarot’s symbolism with fresh retellings of Italian folk tales, this show leads you on a dance where every card is a portal to a glittering storyworld. 70 mins, age 16+ |  Tales That Topple TyrantsOnce upon a time there was a very bad king. He stole from his subjects, told outrageous lies, declared war on his neighbours, and always got his own way... Except he didn’t. In these weird and wonderful stories, we’ll defeat bad kings, join forces with wily underdogs, bring dead hopes back to life – and learn how to be the magical heroes the world needs today. 60 mins, age 16+ |  Dark Sorcerer, Bright YogiThe Tibetan Buddhist legend of Milarepa – a tale of wretchedness, revenge and redemption. Teeming with monsters, magic and miracles, this powerful story will transport and inspire. The show is currently in preparation, booking for spring 2027. 60–75 mins, age 16+ |  Padmasambhava, Precious GuruTwo much-loved Buddhist stories in one live storytelling show. Touching, enchanting and laced with humour, this is a wonderful introduction to the "Second Buddha" who brought the Tantra to Tibet. 45 mins, age 14+ |
